At Sentinel, we are committed to continually researching,
developing, and applying the latest technologies in Offender Management.
We build upon technology to create smart, reliable products that
simplify offender case management and alleviate many of your caseload
demands.
Over the past decade, we have developed our proprietary products along
with our comprehensive services to create offender management solutions
that promote progressive supervision. This allows an offender to move
gradually through our programs as his supervision obligations are met or
if the agency wants to modify his supervision at any time.
Our spectrum of services offers the following systems and services to
progressively monitor an offender population:
- Our DualTrak Radio Frequency
Electronic Monitoring
provides traditional house arrest services while our GPS
GPS
system tracks offenders movements 24/7 and provides increased
supervision
- Our Centurion Kiosk collects fines, fees and
restitution for courts or agencies, as well as inmate deposits for
correctional facilities
- Integrated Voice Recognition (IVR) is
used to provide random contact voice verification of an offender at
predetermined locations
- Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT) monitors any alcohol
consumption by the offender with immediate notification of any failed
tests
- Drug Testing Services (DTS) allow confirmation of
any illegal drug use by an offender. We use several different types of testing protocol
which are administered to the offender on a random basis to ensure
program compliance.
To support our monitoring systems, we developed
SenTrak, our centralized offender management and tracking database that
powers all of our supervision technologies. SenTrak access is available
to authorized personnel and agency officers at all times through a
secure Internet connection via any computer, laptop, or Internet enabled
device.
For monitoring operations and support, we offer our
National Monitoring
Center. Our Monitoring Center is staffed by monitoring professionals and
operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
