As an added option to the changing needs of corrections agencies, we developed a program model where the offender pays for all program fees. With over 150,000 successful completions, we are the largest provider of community-based, Offender Funded electronic monitoring services in the nation, allowing agencies to utilize all of our services with no direct costs to the agency. Our services and programs include:

• Electronic Monitoring and GPS Tracking Services. We provide radio frequency electronic monitoring and state of the art GPS tracking of offenders. We are the only provider to offer three tiers of GPS tracking services, all of which use the same tracking equipment.

• Interactive Kiosk System. Our kiosk system provides a variety of functions from collection of fees, fines and restitution to monitoring offender check-in programs.

• Community Based Programs. Sentinel establishes field offices in your neighborhoods that can handle all of the daily offender case management requirements of your program. These services can be provided at NO COST to the correctional agency through our unique offender paid, sliding scale model.

• Court Services. This allows courts to utilize any of our programs or monitoring services to meet their various needs, from electronic supervision to substance testing.

• Drug Testing and Breath Alcohol Testing. We offer state of the art, drug and alcohol testing services that can be used independently or in conjunction with any of our other services.

All of our services and programs are available to correctional agencies at competitive prices, as well as under our Offender Funded format where all program fees are paid for by the program participants.
