VeriTrak - Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR)
|
As part of our supervision options, we also offer our
VeriTrak interactive voice recognition system. The VeriTrak IVR
System calls the offender at a predetermined site and using
voiceprint technology, confirms the offender's identity by
crosschecking with the voiceprint on record. This system may be used
independently or in conjunction with any of our programs to increase
the level of supervision. For programs where the offender is
required to call in and perform his check-in, our system utilizes
Automatic Number Identification (ANI) to verify the phone number and
location from where the offender has placed the check-in call.
This system is preferred for basic curfew compliance through random
contact, but can also be used to intensify other supervision
programs. When used with our DualTrak Radio Frequency System, the
VeriTrak system can verify an offender's presence at authorized
locations away from the residence such as employment or counseling.
The IVR system is flexible and supports multiple languages. Similar
to all other Sentinel services, this program can be provided under a
community based program model to facilitate its implementation and
be provided at No Cost to the agency.
