Monitoring Center
|
Sentinel is dedicated solely to monitoring and
tracking offender populations. By focusing on offender monitoring
services, we have developed a monitoring center facility that allows
us to provide reliable and continuous monitoring services.
Our state-of-the-art monitoring center monitors a daily population
of over 7,000 offenders and operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
365 days a year. The center was constructed based on UL standards
and is equipped with complete equipment and utility redundancy for
data security and uninterrupted operation in practically any
situation.
Staffed by Monitoring Professionals with an average of 3 years
experience with our company, this central site monitors all
participants in Sentinel's monitoring or tracking programs. For
customer convenience, we also provide bilingual personnel and do not
use auto attendants-when you call in to our monitoring center, you
will always reach a well-trained and helpful operator with answers
to your questions.
