Electronic Monitoring and Supervision
We have developed a variety of offender management and electronic monitoring services to create offender supervision solutions that work for you. We utilize a wide array of technologies to create innovative products that allow for progressive levels of supervision. The levels of supervision are based on our Progressive Supervision model where varying methods of monitoring can be used based on the supervision needs of the offender.
  • Kiosk System: For basic supervision, an offender can report to a Centurion Kiosk for check-in purposes. The kiosk uses biometric technology to confirm offender identity for check-ins. The agency can determine the information it wants the offender to provide during the check-in at the kiosk. Once the check-in is complete, Agency personnel can access our SenTrak database to review the offender's responses from the check-in. The kiosk can also collect payment of fees, fines, and restitution and electronically forward the funds to agency systems in real-time.

  • Voice Recognition: If more frequent contact with the offender is required, our Integrated Voice Recognition system can be used. Our IVR System calls the offender at a predetermined site and uses voiceprint technology to confirm the offender's identity. This can be used independently or with electronic monitoring to provide additional supervision. The system also allows the offender to call in from predetermined sites to verify his presence at authorized locations such as employment, school, or counseling. Location information is confirmed via Automatic Number Identification (ANI) technology.

  • Electronic Monitoring: For curfew compliance, we offer our DualTrak Radio Frequency (RF) Based Electronic Monitoring System. As part of a "house arrest" sentence, the offender is required to wear a non-removable ankle transmitter that reports activity to a Home Monitoring Unit (HMU) installed at the offender's residence. All offender activities are reported by the home monitoring unit to our 24/7 Monitoring Center, with alarms being forwarded to Agency officers.

  • GPS System: When traditional electronic monitoring is not enough, we offer our TrakSeries GPS system for intensive supervision. This revolutionary system provides an unprecedented three levels of tracking: Passive, Intermediate and Active, all through one singular equipment model. Our advancements that we have made include an intermediary level of GPS, a versatile offender tracking unit that allows direct communication with an offender, and seamless integration with our centralized SenTrak offender monitoring system allowing secure on-line, real-time access to tracking information to authorized personnel.
